Beds Hero is a hospitality software platform operated by Djitu Hospitality Solution, Jln Bukit Sari Utara No.88X, Padangsambian Kaja, Denpasar Barat, Denpasar, Bali 80117, Indonesia (“Beds Hero”, “we”, “us”).

This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit our website, contact us, request a demo or quote, or use the Beds Hero platform. We process personal data in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022) and other applicable laws.

Information you give us. When you request a demo, a quote or contact us, we collect your name, property name, property type, number of rooms, email address, WhatsApp number and your message. Our forms hand your details to WhatsApp so you can send them to our team; the message is only sent when you press send in WhatsApp.

Account and customer data. If your property uses Beds Hero, we process account details of your users (name, email, phone, role) and the operational data you store in the platform, such as reservations, rates, availability, invoices and guest details received from you or from connected booking channels.

Website usage data. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps for security and reliability. With your consent, we also use analytics and marketing cookies — see our Cookie Policy.

• To respond to your enquiries, prepare quotes and arrange demos (based on your request and our legitimate interest).
• To provide, maintain and support the Beds Hero platform under our agreement with your property.
• To onboard and train your team and to communicate service updates.
• To keep our website and platform secure and to prevent misuse.
• To understand and improve our website and marketing, only where you have consented to the relevant cookies.
• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

When a property uses Beds Hero to manage its reservations, the property decides why and how its guests' data is used and acts as the data controller. Beds Hero processes that data on the property's behalf and on its instructions, for example to sync bookings with channels the property has connected. Guests who want to exercise their rights should contact the property directly; we will assist the property where required.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where needed to run our services, with:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers that run our website and platform.
• Booking channels, channel connectivity partners and payment providers that a property chooses to connect.
• Communication tools such as WhatsApp and email that you use to contact us.
• Analytics and advertising providers, only with your cookie consent.
• Authorities, where we are legally required to do so.

Some of these providers may process data outside Indonesia. Where that happens, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection as required by applicable law.

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and customer data for the duration of our agreement plus any period required by law (for example tax records). When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and role-based permissions in the platform. No system is completely secure, so please keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• Obtain information about and access your personal data.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your data or restrict its processing.
• Withdraw consent at any time, including for cookies via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
